Day 2
TIME TOPIC
9.00 am - 10.30 am Activity – "HURRICANE" (Breakdown social barriers, allow people to get to know each other, importance of having a system, lessons on ownership, accountability & sense of belonging.)Activity - TEAM FORMING (Objective: to separate a big group into smaller group to create a competitive but friendly atmosphere, focusing on leadership, communication, teamwork and motivation.)
10.30 am - 11.00 am BREAK
11.00 am - 12.30 pm Activity – "KONDA KONDI" (A game where participants will be divided into few groups. Each group will have their own colors to represent their team. They will be throwing the balls into other group’s colored bottle and each bottle represents 10 marks for the offensive group and - 10 marks for defensive group. Focusing on sense of belonging and personal motivation.)
12.30 pm - 2.00 pm LUNCH
3.00 pm - 5.00 pm Activity – "WATER LEAK" (Participants will be divided into groups and they will race to fill in leaking big bucket with water. They will be provided with paper, sponge, 2 leaking small water container and 1 leaking water pipe.)
