  • How to spot mental health issues in the workplace?

Module 3: Strategies to Take Care of Your Mental Health and Wellbeing

  • Taking care of your body – the importance of sleep, movement and nutrition
  • The cognitive triad of thoughts, emotions and behaviours
  • Practicing mindfulness to be aware of thoughts, emotions, and behaviour
  • When should I seek professional help?

Module 4: Strategies to Support Someone who is going through a Mental Health Issue

  • Addressing your stigma on mental health
  • Strategies to support someone who is going through a mental health issue
  • Do’s and don’ts in supporting someone who is going through a mental health issue
  • Taking care of yourself while supporting someone who is going through a mental health issue
