How would you describe your internship experience at UpSkillingMinds?
I am a student from Sunway University, and my internship experience with UpSkillingMinds has been very rewarding. I was with the operations team, being part of the operations team allowed me to actively contribute to the smooth running of daily tasks and projects. The work environment was supportive and encouraging, and I had the opportunity to interact with experienced professionals who guided me through processes and shared their knowledge. Overall, it was a hands-on experience that gave me a real understanding of how a business functions behind the scenes.
What was the biggest learning you gained during your internship?
The biggest learnings I learned during my internship is the value of organization, time management, and communication. I learned how to prioritize my work, solve problems in a proactive manner, and work with various team members to achieve a common objective. I have been able to learn problem-solving skills and have gained confidence in handling responsibilities on my own. I now have a much better understanding of the application of my theoretical knowledge learned at the university.
