He is also a GamFed (International Gamification Federation) member and actively promote gamification best practices especially in Malaysia. He also produces two annual national conferences – Game Thinking Asia & Talent Ecosystem Conference to further promote innovation in HR & customer experience with Game Thinking / Gamification and customer service training in the SEA region.

Last week we had a very enjoyable 2-day sales workshop. Not only did we take with us many valuable key learnings, but we also discovered a lot of interesting fun facts and traits about each other that brough us even closer!
Team building was really fun; we have 5 different events and each event were very unique and well taught out!
The training was engaging, energetic, and well-structured, creating a fun yet meaningful environment for everyone to participate. The activities encourage teamwork, problme-solving, and open communication, while also strengthening bonds between colleagues. I especially appreciated how the facilitators kept the energy high and ensured everyone felt included throughout the session.

The overall experience was amazing. Trainer Aaron kept the team engaged. The session was fun, interactive and loaded with learnings.
Despite being competitive when we were broken into smaller teams, when we had to come together for the final activity, Utopia, there were no longer many teams but just one big team working towards a common goal.
