Overview

This two-day programme begins with an understanding of the concept and practice of Self-Leadership – a form of personal mastery – and how it can serve you particularly during very challenging times. Much of it relies on knowing who you are, what you’re capable of and using what you know to the best of your ability. As a vital part of personal growth, one then needs to know what and how to learn in order to develop.

With an insight into the ‘self’, we examine the qualities of leadership and how those same qualities can be appreciated and mirrored by the ‘self’. It’s simply saying that if I know what a good leader is, then that’s what I should strive to become in leading my own life and subsequently, others as well.
