Every major process following this is designed to specifically draw out important lessons from each stage of the team’s transformation into a high performing team. Here, we can easily incorporate a tee-up for the relevant night activities as well.

Lost City of Atlantis

Teams go on an exciting deep-sea expedition and travel from Kristiansund, the fabled port of call along the Atlantic Ocean, to the heart of the Lost City of Atlantis. Through the dangerous journey along the deep ocean seabed, teams get to loot as many treasures as possible and return to Base Camp alive, hopefully! The journey is challenging as teams battle ancient deep-sea creatures and an unpredictable ocean underworld. Expedition team members take on specific roles and they are given limited starting funds for essential supplies. As they strategize on their journey plans and navigate expeditiously across the challenging deep ocean seabed, they meet a very old, retired Captain who offers advance underwater drone, learn the different type of ocean floor, and pass through the ocean trench which most people known as Bermuda Triangle. Some teams might come across nature’s worst nightmares or even life’s best surprises. All these while going through the Atlantis Lost City under unpredictable ocean deep water conditions. The full spectrum of human behavior comes to play as teams chart their course of action through uncertain terrain, manage their resources and record their progress in the game while keeping a close eye on the rest of the teams. How will unexpected events affect the mindsets of the teams who started out to win. With strong teamwork, you just might win the challenge!
