• HRDC Claims: Teambuilding fee are fully claimable through HRDC facilitated by UpSkillingMinds. Venue fee at Sunway Lagoon is capped at RM150 per pax based on HRDC guidelines. Therefore, any expenses exceeding this amount will not be eligible for HRDC claims and will need to be covered separately.
• Claim Processing: Teambuilding fee will be processed for HRDC claims by UpSkillingMinds. Venue fee will be claimed directly through HRDC by your company following HRDC guidelines with advance full payment made directly to Sunway Lagoon.
• Group Size and Fees: Groups over 35 pax require an additional trainer to maintain the quality and effectiveness of the teambuilding session leading to potential fee adjustments based on number of pax.
• Transportation: Transportation costs are not included in the teambuilding or venue fees. Should you require transportation arrangements, these can be arranged separately at an additional cost.
• Prizes, Door Gifts or T-Shirts: These are not included but can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.
• Teambuilding Conduct Period: All bookings must be made between April and June 2024. The teambuilding session must be conducted latest by the end of December 2024, within the same year the booking is made.
