3. Prompting 101

Explore open and closed prompts, templates, examples, fill-in-the-blank formats and information retrieval. Learn how clear wording and structure guide the output.

Practice focus: Apply prompting techniques and refine instructions for the response you need.

4. AI for Work Ideation and Problem-Solving

Explore language models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and DeepSeek for generating ideas, concepts and possible solutions.

Practice activity: Apply AI and structured prompting to real-world scenarios and creative problem-solving tasks.

Day 2: Text, Image and Video Creation

5. AI in Text Generation

Explore tools for writing and editing, including Grammarly and Hemingway.

Practice activity: Rework a previous piece of work using the text-creation and editing techniques introduced.

6. AI in Image Generation

Learn text-to-image prompting and explore image-generation and editing tools. Use Canva’s image and layout features to develop visual materials.

Practice focus: Write image prompts and explore how generated visuals can be developed into layouts.

7. AI for Video Creation

Explore platforms such as InVideo and CapCut for AI-supported video production.

Practice activity: Develop video content from text prompts and try different video tools and platforms.

8. The Great AI Challenge

Combine the tools and techniques learned across both days.

Practice activity: Work together on a project to complete a shared mission using AI.

The programme combines facilitated learning, lectures, gamified activities, live demonstrations, hands-on exercises, group discussions and presentations.

A closing Q&A and debrief provide opportunities to review the learning and discuss workplace applications.
