Participants explore prompting, multimodal and voice-based use, brainstorming, documentation, data analysis and visual storytelling using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and Canva.

3. AI for Work Ideation and Office Productivity

Explore how ChatGPT and other language models can support ideas, concepts and solutions. Apply AI to documentation, drafting, data analysis and visual storytelling.

Practice focus: Work with tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and Canva to prepare and refine work materials.

4. The GREAT AI Challenge

Bring together the tools and techniques introduced during the programme.

Practice activity: Collaborate on a project to complete a shared mission using the AI skills learned.

Practical learning approach

The programme combines facilitated learning, lectures, gamified activities, live demonstrations, hands-on practice, group discussions and presentations.

A closing Q&A and debrief provide opportunities to review the learning. Programme content may be adapted to reflect changing circumstances.
